This panel is designed specifically for students in the College of Arts and Sciences, focusing on how they can effectively prepare for the career fair and communicate their value to employers. Employers will share how they recruit from a variety of majors, highlight transferable skills and discuss career pathways within their organizations. Participation includes serving as a panelist and engaging with students during the session.

Panel participation is limited, and employers will be selected based on event needs and industry representation. Selected employers will be contacted during the week of Aug. 3.
